For PC repairs, part availability works a bit differently than phones and tablets. While we can sometimes source genuine OEM components (especially from brands like Dell or HP) these parts are not always consistently available. Because of this, PC repairs often rely on high-quality aftermarket parts, which can vary depending on the manufacturer and model. We carefully vet components whenever possible, but some systems use proprietary parts that limit options.

If OEM parts are available for your specific system, we will always let you know and provide pricing options. When aftermarket is the only route, we’ll explain the differences so you can make an informed decision.

Once parts have arrived for your repair (usually these can be overnighted for an additional fee) the repair will usually take around 2-4 hours depending on the repair, sometimes even quicker!
