How Pricing Works

• Diagnostics
  Some issues require hands-on inspection to determine the exact problem. If diagnostics are needed, there is a $50 non-refundable diagnostic fee.
  If the device is repairable, this fee will be credited toward the total labor cost.

• Labor Costs
  Labor varies depending on the device and repair type, but generally falls between $50 and $150.
  Specialty work (such as retro console modding, or custom PC assembly) may vary depending on the scope of the project.

• Parts
  If replacement parts are needed, a parts deposit is required before ordering.
  We prioritize OEM components whenever possible, including (but not limited to) genuine Samsung, Google, Motorola, and other manufacturer-supplied parts. Options will be provided upon review of the intake form with parts prices included.

• Formal Quotes
  A detailed quote will be provided after your Intake Form is reviewed, unless further diagnostics are required.
  If diagnostics are needed, you will be notified of pricing before any work begins.

• Quote Validity
  All quotes are valid for 30 days.
